RULES FOR FULLY VACCINATED OR RECOVERED ARRIVALS in TRNC:
No PCR/Antigen Tests are required
* A digital travel document must be completed within the 72 hours before arrival (either the “Guvende kal” application OR the TRNC entry form section of the www.guvendekalkktc.com website).
People are considered fully vaccinated or recovered if they have EITHER
* Received their most recent vaccine more than 14 days but less than 9 months ago
* OR have received a booster dose
* OR can show a positive covid test more than 10 days ago but less than 6 months old.
RULES FOR UNVACCINATED arrivals :
Unvaccinated arrivals can enter without quarantine if they do the following.
* Present a negative PCR less than 72 hours or a negative antigen less than 24 hours
* Repeat these tests between 72 – 120 hour of arriving in the country
Unvaccinated children aged 12-18 will be able to enter the country with their vaccinated parents provided that they have a negative PCR/antigen test.
– PCR testing is not mandatory for children aged 0-5 (including 5 years).
– Passengers going to TURKEY from TRNC will not be required to submit a negative PCR test result if they submit a document issued by the relevant country’s official authorities stating that they have been vaccinated 14 days before the entrance to Turkey and/or have had the disease and cured within the last 6 months and before 28 days of arrival. Quarantine measures will not be applied for these passengers. If passengers coming from TRNC cannot submit a vaccine certificate or the documents proving that they have had the disease according to the stated rules, submission of a PCR negative test result made maximum 72 hours before the entrance to Turkey or negative rapid antigen test result made maximum 48 hours before the entrance to Turkey will be deemed sufficient.
